During the Event, one can view;

The Chapter House, where one can see ‘The Palma Vecchio’, and very old manuscripts and reliquaries.

The Parish Museum located in the Oratory of St. Joseph

The Byzantine Chapel, which was built by the people of Rhodes who came with the Knights and settled in Birgu, in 1530. In the Chapel, one can find the sword used by La Vallette during the Great Siege of 1565. He left it there as a thanksgiving to Our lady of Damascus.

The Crypts beneath the Church of St Lawrence.

The Belfry, which is one of the tallest buildings in the area. From its top, visitors can indulge in a stunning view of the Grand Harbour and beyond.

Visitors will be welcomed and have the opportunity to join guides who will give them details of the various ‘Gems’ on display. A special program of activities, which includes, enactments, organ and choir recitals, documentaries, lectures, and cinema under the stars, will be held during the weekend, making it a really enjoyable occasion.
